Treyarnon Bay is a lovely clean sandy beach, surrounded by low cliffs and backed by sand dunes. This popular family beach offers an expanse of fine sand at low water with plenty of rock pools to discover. It just a short walk around the point from Constantine Bay.


This is a popular surf spot for Intermediate surfers, with rights and lefts into the middle of the beach. Also famous for its large natural swimming pool at the bottom of the low cliffs. hollow in the rocks which has been dammed at one end and washed clean by the high tides.


Newtrain Bay has lifeguards during the summer months that patrol each and everyday, from morning till dusk, so you can feel very safe if you fancy a swim. Please be sure to observe the flags, and the beach safety code.
