Next door to the sandy beach of Trevone beach is an extensive area of rocks and rock pools called Newtrain Bay, also Known to locals as Rocky Beach. When the tide is low you can walk between the two beaches with ease.

 

Newtrain Bay (Rocky Beach) Beach, unfortunately does not have lifeguard cover during the year, so you have to take extra precaution if swimming here. Please be sure to observe the beach safety code.
